How do the 10 free credits work?
Free includes 10 lesson/practice credits in total, shared across all six tracks—not 10 per track or per month. Reading public grammar notes uses no credits.
What uses AI credits?
Live conversations, pronunciation assessments, writing feedback and other on-demand AI features use credits. Prepared lessons, ordinary exercises and standard cacheable audio do not. Free lesson/practice limits still apply.
Does an annual plan include a year of AI credits upfront?
No. AI credits renew monthly on both billing options. The allowance is the same within each plan, whether you pay monthly or annually.
How does billing work?
Choose monthly or yearly billing, then confirm your subscription on Stripe’s secure checkout page. Subscriptions renew automatically. The yearly price is charged in one payment.
Where can I manage my subscription?
Open Your account and choose Manage subscription to visit the Stripe billing portal. You can manage billing details and the subscription options available there.
