Notas de uso
- Use ancora for both “still” and “again”; context decides. English speakers often overtranslate with separate words.
- With negation, non ancora means “not yet,” while ancora no is uncommon and sounds marked in standard Italian.
- Ancora often comes before the word it emphasizes: ancora più, ancora meglio, ancora una volta.
