Si + the lui/lei form, with a few twists.

| past, avere verbs | si è mangiato (-o) |

The verb stays singular unless a plural noun follows: si mangia, but si vendono biglietti.
In the past, si always takes essere: si è mangiato, never si ha.
Two si never sit together: ci si alza.
