Subjunctive after penso che, spero che, voglio che, ho paura che, dubito che, è meglio che.
Indicative after so che, è vero che, vedo che and secondo me, and usually after sono sicuro che.
Same subject: di + infinitive (penso di partire); volere and preferire take no di (voglio partire).
