Notas de uso
- Mostly literary or formal today. In everyday speech, speakers usually prefer da lì for place and poi/allora for sequence.
- Often appears in fixed expressions or elevated narration; using it in casual conversation can sound old-fashioned or bookish.
- Do not confuse indi with quindi: quindi usually means therefore/so, while indi is an older formal alternative for then/from there.
