Notas de uso
- Agrees with the thing owned, not the owner: sua madre = his/her mother; suo fratello = his/her brother.
- Usually takes an article: il suo libro. With singular close-family nouns, often no article: suo padre, sua sorella.
- Can mean formal singular "your" with Lei: il suo nome = your name. Informal singular is tuo/tua instead.
