- More common in speech than ovunque; both mean much the same, but dappertutto often feels more concrete or physical.
- Use it without a preposition: Cercavo dappertutto, not cercavo in dappertutto.
- It usually goes after the verb: c'è polvere dappertutto. Before the verb is possible for emphasis, but less neutral.
